Speedwell launches the sales of the third and final phase of TRIAMA Residence, the residential complex developed in Bucharest. This comes as a natural step after obtaining planning permission and selling the available stock of units from the first two phases of the project.

TRIAMA Residence, the residential complex developed by SPEEDWELL in eastern Bucharest, consists of three separate buildings and a total of 202 apartments.

After selling 95% of the available stock in the first two buildings of the complex, SPEEDWELL launched the third. This is also the last stage of the overall project since the third building will complete it. The developer recently received planning permission for this phase.

The new apartment stock includes quality but affordable 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with efficient layouts, spacious terraces and a headroom of 2.75. The final phase of the project will provide a total of 67 apartments, underground parking spaces and a children’s play area available to all TRIAMA residents.

Located in Baia de Arama street, near Basarabia Boulevard and a few minutes walk from the Costin Georgian metro station, the TRIAMA residence enjoys a well-connected location. It offers easy access to a variety of public transportation and road networks, including major points of interest such as the Mega Mall, National Arena, parks and schools. A Profi convenience store is located on the ground floor of the first building of the project.

“We are thrilled to get closer to the finish line with our project, TRIAMA Residence. We wanted to offer a quality living solution for those who love this neighborhood and offer an alternative to those who did not know it yet. We believe to have succeeded in doing this and we are happy to see that our clients appreciate it. This is a project that will create a greater community and help reshape a growing neighborhood”, said Jan Demeyere, architect and co-founder of SPEEDWELL.

Phase 1 of the project has been sold and the owners have moved in, in the first half of 2021, while the stock of apartments in phase 2 is almost completely sold and construction work is underway, at an advanced stage.
