Snyder building construction completed the 9,207 square foot rental construction of the most recent Colorado Credit Union location in Broomfield. With nearly 20 locations across the state, Credit Union of Colorado is a local banking institution dedicated to making banking less complicated and making financial goals more achievable.

The project involved building base and envelope tenants to convert an existing bank to the Credit Union of Colorado brand. Designed by architect Galloway and company, the extensive carpentry was an aesthetic focal point of the project. Snyder Building Construction demolished and rebuilt walls to accommodate the open layout. Large-scale floor-to-ceiling joinery lined the characteristic bank wall. The Snyder team meticulously colored the joinery, which continued all the way to the soffits, to align them with the brand’s colors. The cash register and cashier’s desk also featured decorative woodwork accented by a stone veneer finish. The combination of wood and stone finishes effectively brings the exterior by creating a harmonious and open environment.

The design of the new banking space created an open branch concept by reducing the physical barriers between the drive-thru and the cashier. For the convenience and flexibility of customers, the branch is equipped with self-service kiosks and integrated with easy-to-use virtual ATMs.

“The Credit Union of Colorado selects its contractors based on the best value for money. Snyder Building Group has a proven track record of delivering quality work, prompt delivery of finished work, and understanding our budget considerations. We look forward to working with them on several future projects in our pipeline. Said Darin Rose of Credit Union of Colorado.
