One United Properties has obtained planning permission for One Floreasca Towers, a high-end development in the heart of Bucharest’s business district. The development which will accommodate 208 residential units has a gross development value of 61.8 million euros. Delivery is estimated for February 2025.

The success we have had with similar developments located in nearby areas, such as One Verdi Park and One Herăstrău Towers, gives us space for another highly desirable residential development,” said Beatrice Dumitrascu, CEO of the residential division of One United Properties.

One Floreasca Towers will consist of two towers with 14 floors each, located on a 5,600 m² plot on Gara Herastrau Street. The development has a gross building area of ​​over 35,000 m². Among other amenities specially designed for this development and four commercial spaces, the residential complex will also benefit from two levels of underground parking, with 254 parking spaces.

At One Floreasca Towers, guests have access to different residential units, studios of 50 m², one-bedroom apartments of around 60 m², two-bedroom apartments ranging from 87 to 107 m² and three-bedroom apartments between 130 and 269 ​​m². Purchase options for these apartments include five equal installments of 20% paid over the construction period of the development, and a discounted option with 100% prepayment.
