Oklahoma City Apartments Offer Free Move-In on Memorial Day Weekend

This is not news. This is the kind of thing we advertise for. But it lets people move in early during the three-day Memorial Day weekend for free, with rent only starting on Tuesday, the first day of June – and staff will be walking around ready to help.

It’s the season. Apartments are an increasingly attractive alternative to the very crowded home market.
Another new high-end complex, 35 Degrees North Apartments Houses, 2800 NW 192, will have its grand opening from noon to 4 p.m. on June 5 with food trucks, gifts, games, prizes and music.
Adjectives and Conveniences
35 Degrees North, with 371 units – one, two and three bedrooms – offers a special move for those signing a lease by the end of the month. By the way, the resort is in Oklahoma City but with Edmond’s still coveted mailing address.
The Liberty Creek Village of Tanenbaum, 516 units, is located on 80 acres at 6929 S Sooner Road, just off Interstate 240, near Tinker Air Force Base. It also offers one, two and three bedroom apartments for rent.

Liberty Creek Village is adjacent to Liberty Trails, a single-family neighborhood developed by Tanenbaum over 15 years ago, and not far from Liberty Point Apartments, 6600 SE 74, which he developed nine years ago in response to the arrival of Boeing and the creation of hundreds of well-paying jobs.
Incidentally, Tanenbaum sold Liberty Point Apartments in 2014 to Weidner Apartment Homes in Kirkland, Washington, which developed 35 degrees north.
