K-Fastigheter’s exclusive concept for commercial tenants has received planning permission. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2022 and be completed by the end of 2023/early 2024.

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has received the building permit for the new building concept from the K-Commercial Group. The building will comprise approximately 8,000 square meters of gross floor area and will be constructed at a central location in the center of Hässleholm. The building is a pilot project for commercial tenants who want a flexible office environment, but also for businesses that cater to city dwellers, such as restaurants and fitness facilities.

Early tenants include K-Fastigheter’s own operations, and the property is expected to be fully leased well ahead of completion. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2022 and be completed by late 2023/early 2024. The concept will be evaluated before possible launch in other locations.
