Johnson & Johnson Vision will get a significant addition to its location on Jacksonville’s Southside.

The company is adding a water expansion phase to the facility located at 7500 Centurion Parkway. Officials from the Jacksonville Building Department approved the permit for the project this month.

The expansion will add 2,500 square feet for water facilities. It will cost $ 9.64 million and Turner Construction Co. will take care of the project, according to the permit.

Medical building to be constructed

A new medical building will be erected in the Belfort area of ​​Jacksonville, near Interstate 95 and Butler Boulevard.

Full Circle OBGYN is having the facility built at 6600 Charing Street. The city approved the permit for the building this month.

The building will consist of 9,075 square feet, the project being estimated at $ 2.8 million and managed by Urban Partners Construction LLC.
