Forever Family: Saint Francis Texas Ministries Move to Phase II Community Care in Texas DFPS Region 1, Serving 41 Counties | KLBK | KAMC
LUBBOCK, TX – The Ministries of Saint Francis in Texas are delighted to announce our
participating in Phase II contract negotiations with the Community Care Office.
In this, Saint Francis will begin the transition of work within Region 1 in partnership
with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. We appreciate the
the opportunity and confidence to move to Stage II community care and
looking forward to serving the children and families of Region 1 with greater capacity.

in Stage II, ”said Cristian Garcia, vice president of child and family services. “We know
