Did the winner of America’s Worst Cooks season 22 continue the streak?
One of the returning rookies could be crowned the winner of America’s Worst Cooks Season 22. While four started the final, only one would win the title of from worst to first. Has Domaine Javier added a title to its collection of tiaras?
In Worst Cooks in America Season 22, the returning recruits showed that they’ve picked up a few cooking skills along the way. Even though they still order from home, they have mastered some cooking techniques, enjoy creating flavors, and can cook a good dish.
With the four recruits trying to earn their places in the final three-course meal, everyone went to a grocery store to buy their own food and cook whatever they wanted. Although there was no direction, the four rookies made wise choices. It’s about showing that they know how to build and execute a dish.
Although the four courses were a big improvement over the first episode, the food on the plate was not absolutely perfect. From the Estate mistakenly making a mixed butter to Sadie who needs to cook her hamburger a little better, not everyone is quite ready to join the kitchen team. Still, these dishes would impress most people.
Who cooked the final meal to determine the winner of Season 22 of America’s Worst Cooks?
Since only two rookies could cook the final meal, Anne Burrell chose Sadie and Michael Symon chose Domaine Javier. Even though Domaine made a mixed butter for a sauce, it felt like it was meant to be in the final dinner. Lulu was just a little too scattered too often.
For the three course meal, both dinners were quite impressive. From flavor profiles to execution, the rookies did a good job. There were no horrible mistakes in the final dinner.
Listening to the three highly respected chefs criticize the dishes, the commentary was honest. From preferring to have the best cut bok choy to preferring a little more seasoning in one dish, the small differences in the dishes set the three dishes apart from each other.
Ultimately, America’s Worst Cooks Season 22 winner was Sadie. This victory for Anne Burrell continues its winning ways. This trophy rack gets full enough for the red kitchen.
Even though Michael Symon didn’t win, he was a good addition to the Worst Cooks in America franchise. From his personality to his ability to explain cooking techniques and recipes, he would make a welcome addition to the Food Network franchise. Who knows which chef will be joining Anne Burrell for season 23.
What did you think of Worst Cooks in America season 22? Did the right recruit win? More importantly, when will Domaine Javier return to a Food Network show?
