McAlvain Construction broke ground on the newest addition to North Ranch Business Park in Caldwell, Idaho.

The new 28,243 m2 (304,000 square feet) The North Ranch Logistics Building will serve as industrial space and provide the area with a number of new jobs. The building is just another part of the 47 ha (115 acre) mixed-use development, which will also include retail, medical and office space.

“We are thrilled to be part of the team working on the North Ranch Business Park,” said Jim Rowley, Chief Operating Officer of McAlvain Construction. “The central location and scale of the development will be able to accommodate the continued growth of Caldwell, as well as the surrounding towns of Nampa and Middleton for years to come.”

McAlvain Construction is a Boise-based construction company and an independently managed entity of Big-D Construction. The company has 14 offices in eight states and has worked with over 50 years of experience.

The North Ranch Logistics Building project is expected to be completed later this year.
